Why this call is worth your time

Concrete answers, not a sales pitch.

This call is designed for organizations preparing for ISO 9001 certification or planning ahead for the 2026 revision. It follows a proven three-step methodology.

1

Quality maturity diagnostic

Review of your organization, existing processes, and the current level of documentation across your quality system. Identification of strengths and gaps to address before audit.

2

Insight into the 2026 revision

Briefing on the expected changes to the standard — risk-based thinking, change management, organizational context, interested parties — and anticipation of the impact on your documentation.

3

Operational roadmap

A proposed sequence of actions to take, with estimated resources, timelines, and execution options adapted to your specific context and constraints.

How it works

A short, prepared, results-focused format.

The whole process is designed so that in 30 minutes, you walk away with concrete elements to decide on the next steps of your project.

Who you will meet on the call

A call run personally, not handed off to a sales rep.

After more than ten years supporting quality managers across industries — manufacturing, laboratories, food, cosmetics, medical devices — I founded QSE Academy around a simple conviction: most of a quality manager's time gets absorbed by documentation, at the expense of real implementation on the ground. The 30-minute call is conducted by me personally or by one of our certified senior consultants. The goal is not to sell you a service, but to give you an honest reading of where you stand and what your options are — whether you choose to work with us afterwards or not.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know before you book.

Is the call really free and with no obligation?
Yes. The 30-minute call is entirely free and comes with no obligation. If you would like us to support you afterwards, we will send you a written quote. Otherwise, the written summary remains yours to use, and you remain free to implement it with your own team or with any other provider of your choice.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing mandatory. A short questionnaire is sent after your booking to scope the priority topics. If you already have existing quality documents (procedures, manual, process map), you can have them at hand during the call — we can review them together via screen share. If not, no problem, we adapt the call to your level of maturity.
What will change with the upcoming ISO 9001:2026 revision?
The ongoing revision of the standard is expected to strengthen several areas: risk-based thinking, change management, organizational culture, and the role of interested parties. It may also incorporate elements related to digitalization and climate impact. The new version is not yet published — during the call, we review the changes currently known and how to anticipate their implications for your organization.
I don't have a formal quality system yet. Is this call relevant for me?
Yes, especially. The call is calibrated to your level of maturity. For an organization starting from scratch, we cover the main structural steps: certification scope, processes to document, resources required, and a realistic timeline up to the audit. You leave with a clear view of the decisions to make over the coming weeks.
How long before the video call takes place?
Based on calendar availability, most bookings happen within 3 to 7 days. You see the available time slots in real time inside the booking module and select the one that works best for you. No hidden waiting.
What platform is the video call held on?
The call runs on Zoho Meeting, directly in your browser — no software to download, no account to create. You simply click the link received by email when your booking is confirmed, and you are in the meeting. Screen sharing is available so we can review your existing documents together.
Is the written summary really sent after the call?
Yes, every time. Within 48 hours after your call, you receive an email containing the diagnostic, the gaps identified, and the prioritized actions. This summary is yours — you remain free to act on it with your own team, with another provider, or with us.
